Shipping & Handling
We use UPS  to ship to most domestic destinations.  Our shipping rate for one item is reasonable to most States within USA.  Current production time  required for shipping is 7-10 days from the date of order.  Any special or custom order will take extra days.  You will be notified if your order requires longer production time.

Return Policy NO REFUND - 30-Day EXCHANGE ONLY
We want you to be completely happy with your order from us. If you are not satisfied with sizing or fitting of the seat covers, you may return for an exange. Please understand that all custom seat covers are individually manufactured for your preferences such as color, pattern and style, we are unable to refund the purchase. For a prompt exchange, the returning product should be in a new condition including original packaging and paperwork.

All returns for exchanges require obtaining Return Authorization Number by simply calling Customer Services at 808-488-5475 or submit the RA# request form within 30 days of the delivery. The RA# must be visible on the shipping box, otherwise the returning product will be refused to accept.

Sorry, we are not able to refund any shipping costs. We can not reimburse for delivery charges or insurance paid by the customer to return the item via US Postal Service, UPS delivery, FedEx delivery, or any other delivery service, nor can we accept CODs. Please make sure you have an insurance coverage for the returning product.
